1. AGREEMENT TO LEGAL TERMS

• graphics

• AI-generated assets created for or by True Blue Digi

• written content

• source code

• trademarks and logos

(collectively, the “Intellectual Property”) is the property of True Blue Digi LLC and is protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial, revocable license to access and use purchased items for your personal or internal business use only.

You may not:

• resell, redistribute, copy, or publicly share any purchased products

• upload True Blue Digi files to public drives

• claim proprietary material as your own

• train AI models using True Blue Digi content

• reverse engineer or create derivative competing products

Violation of this section may result in license termination and potential legal action.

3. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including:

• scraping, data mining, or extracting content

• using bots, automation, or unauthorized software

• sharing login credentials

• assisting others in copying, reselling, or pirating content

• posting defamatory or fraudulent information

• interfering with site functionality

• attempting to bypass payment systems

We reserve the right to investigate and pursue civil or criminal remedies for violations.

4. PURCHASES, PAYMENTS & BILLING

When you purchase digital products from True Blue Digi:

• You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your provided payment method.

• Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

• Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable laws.

• All digital products are delivered electronically upon purchase.

If your payment method fails or is later reversed via chargeback, we may revoke access to purchased products until payment is resolved.

5. ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS

Because all products are digital, instantly accessible, and non-returnable, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

You acknowledge and agree:

• No refunds, no exceptions.

• No cancellations once the order is processed.

• No pro-rated refunds for subscriptions or memberships.

• No refunds if you change your mind or fail to use the product.

• No refunds due to perceived lack of results — your outcomes depend on your own effort.

The ONLY exception:

• billing errors (accidental duplicate charges or technical payment issues)

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for correction of billing errors.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS & AUTO-RENEWALS (If Applicable)

If you enroll in a subscription, membership, or recurring product, you agree:

• Your subscription renews automatically at the stated interval.

• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

• You may cancel at any time, but cancellations take effect on the next billing cycle.

• Past charges are non-refundable.

You are responsible for managing your own subscription before renewal.

7. DISCLAIMERS — NO PROFESSIONAL FINANCIAL ADVICE

We do not guarantee results. We do not promise earnings. We do not offer:

• legal advice

• tax or accounting advice

• income guarantees

• personalized profit predictions

You acknowledge that digital entrepreneurship and online business inherently involve risk and require independent judgment.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• The Services are provided “AS-IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

• True Blue Digi LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

• We are not responsible for delays, errors, inaccuracies, data loss, or service disruptions.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed TEN U.S. DOLLARS ($10).

This limitation applies to all forms of damages, including but not limited to:

• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties; in those cases, the limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless True Blue Digi LLC, its owners, agents, affiliates, and staff from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

• your infringement of any intellectual-property rights

• your business decisions or outcomes derived from our content

This clause survives termination of your access to the Services.

10. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & SECURITY

If you create an account, you agree to:

• keep login details confidential

• maintain accurate information

• accept responsibility for all actions under your account

• notify us immediately if unauthorized access occurs

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

12. GOVERNING LAW

You agree that all disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

13. LIMITATION PERIOD

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the Services must be filed within one (1) year after the claim accrues.
After that, the claim is permanently barred.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Legal Terms at any time. Updated versions are effective immediately upon posting.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
