Because of the nature of digital content and instant access delivery, all sales made through True Blue Digi are final. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before completing any purchase.


1. All Sales Are Final

All digital products, including but not limited to:

  • eBooks

  • templates

  • digital downloads

  • guides

  • scripts

  • prompts

  • toolkits

  • bundles

  • trainings

  • memberships

  • subscriptions

  • AI-assisted materials

are considered non-returnable and non-refundable once your order is processed.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You gain immediate access to protected digital content.

  • You cannot return digital files once delivered.

  • You agree to this Refund Policy at checkout.

There are no exceptions for:

  • changing your mind

  • lack of understanding of the product

  • deciding not to use the product

  • expecting different results

  • perceived value differences

  • inability to implement the strategies

  • financial circumstances


2. Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors

We may issue a correction only in cases of:

  • accidental duplicate charges

  • technical processing errors

  • payment gateway failures (Stripe/PayPal)

  • being charged for a subscription after cancellation (with proof)

with:

  • your full name

  • invoice number

  • payment method

  • screenshots of the issue

We reserve the right to determine whether an error qualifies for correction.


3. Subscription Renewals (If Applicable)

If you subscribe to any monthly or yearly membership:

  • Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.

  • Past charges are non-refundable, including renewals.

  • You are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date.

We do not issue pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods.


4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a false or invalid chargeback:

  • violates this policy

  • constitutes fraud

  • may result in permanent account termination

  • may lead to the revocation of product licenses

  • may be submitted to Stripe/PayPal with full documentation disputing the claim

We respond to all chargebacks with:

  • order history

  • IP logs

  • download/access logs

  • Terms acceptance records

  • your Refund Policy agreement captured at checkout

Chargeback abuse may result in legal action.


5. Product Access Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchase:

  • We will assist you with downloading your files

  • We will re-send your access links

  • We will help you resolve login/access errors

Technical support is not considered a reason for a refund.


6. No Guarantees or Promises

Purchasing digital products from True Blue Digi does not guarantee:

  • income

  • business results

  • improved performance

  • skill acquisition

  • any particular outcome

Your results depend on effort, market conditions, and variables outside our control.

Because outcomes vary, refunds cannot be given based on expectations.


7. Pre-Order and Early Access Items

All pre-orders, early access, beta releases, or upcoming product reservations are:

  • non-refundable

  • delivered upon completion

  • eligible for updates as outlined in product details


8. Digital File Replacement

If a file becomes corrupted or inaccessible:

  • We will provide a replacement download

  • At no cost

  • As long as the product is still available in our library

This does not qualify for a refund.


9. Agreement to Refund Policy

By purchasing from True Blue Digi, you agree that:

  • You have read and understood this Refund Policy

  • All sales are final

  • Refunds are not offered under any circumstance except verified billing errors

  • You will not initiate a chargeback for non-refund-eligible reasons

These terms apply regardless of device, method of purchase, or location.
